Orders to East Malaysia arrive within 3–5 business days, with free shipping on orders over RM199.

Orders to Singapore arrive within 3–5 business days. Free shipping is available on orders over RM199.

For orders over RM299, express shipping (1–3 business days) is included at no additional cost.

◈ Customs & Duties

For orders shipped within Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, and South Korea, any applicable taxes and duties are covered by VELAIRA.

For all other international destinations including the United States, Europe, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival are the responsibility of the buyer. VELAIRA is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
