REFUND & RETURN

We want you to love your VELAIRA piece. Here's how we handle returns and refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at velaira.official@hotmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.


Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your item within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging in resaleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.


How to Start a Return

Email us at velaira.official@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and the return address.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
