All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order is dispatched.

Orders within West Malaysia are shipped free and typically arrive within 1–3 business days.

Orders to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) arrive within 3–5 business days, with free shipping on orders over $45.

◯ Singapore

Orders to Singapore arrive within 3–5 business days. Free shipping is available on orders over $45.

◯ Hong Kong, Japan & South Korea

Orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Free shipping is available on orders over $88.

◯ United States, Europe, UK, Canada, Australia & New Zealand

Orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Free shipping is available on orders over $99.

For orders over $199, a shipping upgrade to 3–5 business days is available at no additional cost.

◈ Tracking

All orders include a tracking number. Please allow 1–2 business days after shipment for tracking information to update.

◈ Customs & Duties

For orders shipped within Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, and South Korea, any applicable taxes and duties are covered by VELAIRA.

For all other international destinations including the United States, Europe, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival are the responsibility of the buyer. VELAIRA is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
